5. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by My Secret Santa. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order; it simply acknowledges that we have received it.

All transactions are securely processed through reputable third-party payment gateways that encrypt your payment details for maximum safety. We do not store your full credit card information.

6. Pricing, Taxes, and Import Duties

All prices displayed on our website are in the chosen currency and are exclusive of any applicable VAT, import taxes, or customs duties.

Customers located outside the United States, including within the European Union, are fully responsible for paying any applicable VAT, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery.

My Secret Santa assumes no responsibility for additional charges or customs delays. By placing an order, you acknowledge that any such fees are solely your responsibility.

 

 

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible.

 

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Shipping Time: 7 to 10 business days.

    The total estimated delivery time is therefore 8 to 12 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, postal delays, or customs procedures. My Secret Santa is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping details, or customs inspections.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via email. Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse.

 

 

8. Returns and Refund Policy

We want all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refunds are processed for the full purchase amount of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or incorrectly shipped.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@mysecretsanta.shop with photo evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

 

 

9. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

All products are inspected before shipment. Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product.

My Secret Santa will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from product use or misuse, delivery delays, or any third-party service failures.
