2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or official holidays. During high-demand periods, such as the holiday season, processing times may be extended slightly, but we always work to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

If there is any delay in processing due to stock issues, address errors, or payment verification, our team will contact you directly via email.

 


 

3. Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

After processing, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.

The total estimated delivery timeframe for most orders is therefore 8 to 12 business days (including processing).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs inspections, or unforeseen logistics issues. My Secret Santa cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 


 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

We strive to keep shipping rates as affordable as possible while ensuring secure and trackable delivery.

We do not charge any additional restocking or handling fees.

In some promotional periods, My Secret Santa may offer free shipping to certain regions or on specific order values. Such offers will be clearly indicated on our website.

 


 

5. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s progress directly through the courier’s tracking portal.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the shipment notification.

If your tracking number does not show any updates after several days, please contact us at info@mysecretsanta.shop and we will investigate with the carrier.

 


 

6. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. My Secret Santa is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees to resend the package.

 


 

7. International Shipping and Customs

My Secret Santa ships globally. For international orders, customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery time.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.


If you refuse a shipment due to unpaid duties or taxes, the package will be returned to us, and we may deduct the return shipping and handling costs from your refund.

 


 

8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit or is delivered damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.


My Secret Santa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier. In such cases, customers should contact their local postal office or courier to locate the parcel.

 


 

9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and confirmation email.


No additional shipping charges will apply for split deliveries.
