Refunds are issued according to our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout within 7 business days after confirmation.

My Secret Santa does not issue refunds to alternate cards, accounts, or payment methods.

In case of disputes regarding charges, customers must first contact our support team at info@mysecretsanta.shop before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks or false claims will be treated as fraud and may result in account termination and legal action.

We will investigate the matter promptly and, if applicable, process a correction or refund.

 


 

11. Promotions and Discounts
